The Early Slavic Studies Association is seeking nominations for the best article in the field of Early Slavic Studies (pre-1800), published between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2026.
All nominated articles must be in English and peer-reviewed. The committee will accept both nominations and self-nominations. Authors must be members of ESSA in good standing.
All nominations should be sent in digital format to the Chair of the Publication Prize Committee, Justin Willson justin.willson[at]yale.edu by September 1, 2026 with the subject line “Nomination: 2026 ESSA Article Prize.”
